So as to enrich the campus culture and art life as well as further embody the concept of ‘Love School Like Home’, the geography teachers from Anqing Foreign Language School organized students from the 7th grade to carry out the hand-painted campus map competition.
To start with, students drew the campus pattern from different angles to demonstrate the style, features and structure of the campus, which not only sensually intensified students’ aesthetic perception, effectively trained their basic professional skills in geography, but also expanded and sublimed the textbook knowledge learning.
A total of more than 100 students’ works were collected in this contest and 17 excellent works were selected by teachers from Anqing Foreign Language School’s Geography Department.
